Qualifications

• First-hand experience in corporate R&D with scientific data and intelligence.
• Track record of generating insight from scientific literature across the R&D value chain.
• 10+ years in senior product, data-science, or scientific-innovation leadership roles.
• Hands-on GenAI and retrieval-based solutions in a scientific context.
• Understanding of R&D scientists and buyers; credibility with senior leadership.
• Cross-functional integrator connecting R&D, data/IT, and commercial functions.
• Strong commercial instinct shaping deals, partnerships, and roadmap decisions.
• Autonomous, proactive style; comfortable with ambiguity in scale-up.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; willing to travel ~20%.

Responsibilities

• Own outward-facing product strategy and value proposition for ARI across pharma and life-sciences.
• Lead partnership and integration ecosystem with engineering, product, and partnerships teams.
• Drive early customer wins, pilots, and a repeatable land-and-expand motion.
• Be the voice of corporate R&D, translating workflows into product direction.
• Shape commercial pipeline and move conversations toward strategic partnerships.
• Represent ARI externally with authority at customers and industry events.
• Build and scale the product function as the business grows.
