Qualifications

• First-hand experience working within corporate R&D in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life-sciences organizations, with a product mindset.
• Track record generating insight from scientific literature and data across the R&D value chain.
• 10+ years in senior product, data-science, or scientific-innovation leadership roles, including hands-on build from concept to launch.
• Hands-on GenAI/RAG implementations in scientific context, with APIs/integrations.
• Deep understanding of R&D scientists and buyers for executive conversations.
• Cross-functional integrator linking R&D, data/IT, and commercial functions.

Responsibilities

• Own ARI's outward-facing product strategy and value proposition.
• Lead the partnership and integration ecosystem.
• Drive early customer wins and adoption.
