Wiley seeks a Director of Product for Applied Research Intelligence (ARI), a senior product leader who represents the voice of corporate R&D customers. You will define ARI's market position, drive partnerships, and shape the product roadmap to transform scientific literature into decision-grade intelligence.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in senior product, data-science, or scientific-innovation leadership roles.
• Hands-on GenAI and retrieval-based (RAG) experience in scientific R&D with production tools.
• Experience in corporate R&D within pharma/biotech lifesciences.
• Strong written and verbal communication for C-suite audiences.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for customer/partner engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Own ARI's outward-facing product strategy and value proposition.
• Lead partnerships and integration ecosystem across the R&D tool landscape.
• Drive early customer wins and a repeatable land-and-expand motion.
• Be the voice of the corporate R&D customer and translate insights into roadmaps.
