Job summary

Mercans is seeking an AI Product Manager to steer AI-powered capabilities within our global payroll SaaS platform. You will own the roadmap, define innovative features, and partner with Data Science and Engineering to deliver impactful AI agents and conversational assistants.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, and Support teams to ensure market relevance, scale, and platform differentiation across regions and customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in product management within B2B SaaS environments.
• Proven track record delivering AI-powered features (agents, chatbots, automation).
• Strong ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own vision, roadmap, and delivery strategy for AI-powered capabilities.
• Translate needs into epics, features, and backlog with clear acceptance criteria.
• Lead product delivery from discovery to release with feedback loops.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Data Science, and Engineering to differentiate AI features.
