Job summary

Smartly is seeking a Senior Director of Organizational Transformation & Workforce Design to guide global scaling and embed AI into how we work. You will partner with CHRO Office leaders to translate business strategy into adaptive structures, workforce models, and transformation programs that enable growth at scale.

You will lead enterprise transformation, design AI-enabled work evolution, and build scalable workforce frameworks while strengthening leadership capability and driving adoption

Qualifications

• Strong experience leading organizational transformation, organizational design, workforce design, strategy, or related work.
• Deep understanding of organizational design and operating models, translating business strategy into practical solutions.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives and implementing plans.
• Experience designing leadership, manager, or organizational capability programs that scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation initiatives across organizational design and operating models.
• Design work evolution in an AI-enabled organization with leaders to rethink roles and workflows.
• Build scalable workforce frameworks including job architecture and career frameworks.
• Strengthen leadership and manager capability through scalable development initiatives.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps with clear plans and governance.
• Advise senior leaders on complex organizational challenges and drive alignment.
