- Track record of measurable business impact and improved KPIs.
- Ability to communicate with senior executives and translate tech into business value.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute enterprise automation and DevOps strategy with scalable outcomes.
- Lead large-scale automation portfolios across ticketing, triage, and workflows.
- Drive AI integration into operational workflows and touchless operations at scale.
- Improve operational metrics and drive automation adoption and consistency.
