Job summary

Dataiku seeks a Sr. Director of Marketing Operations to lead a four-person team with global scope across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. You will set pipeline targets with Sales, measure revenue drivers, run campaign operations, and build AI-enabled agents that marketers rely on daily.

You will shape investment decisions, manage the marketing tech stack, and drive governance to move fast and safely across regions. This role reports to the CMO and is based in the United States.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations at an enterprise B2B software company.
• 4+ years leading teams.
• An attribution model you shipped that Sales trusted and used.
• Account-based measurement built with Sales, including target account engagement and buying-group progression.
• Hands-on background (attribution and AI agents or GenAI workflows in production).
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, 6sense, Clay, Gong, Snowflake, or similar tools. Dataiku experience is a plus.
• Experience working across regions with different data/process maturity.

Responsibilities

• Set and measure the marketing pipeline targets by region, segment, and channel, aligned with Sales.
• Launch a new account-based attribution model used by Sales in pipeline reviews.
• Own the marketing performance scorecard from brand awareness to pipeline.
• Measure ROI of programs and events to fund what works and cut what doesn't.
