Dataiku is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics to lead a team of four with global reach across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ. The role focuses on setting pipeline targets, measuring revenue drivers, and building AI-enabled marketing workflows within Dataiku's platform.

You will own marketing performance, drive account-based measurement, and guide investment decisions while ensuring data governance and GDPR compliance.

Formación

• 10+ years in marketing operations, analytics, or revenue operations at an enterprise B2B software company.
• 4+ years leading teams in marketing or revenue operations.
• An attribution model you shipped that Sales trusted and used.
• Account-based measurement built with Sales, including target account engagement and buying-group progression.

Responsabilidades

• Set and measure the pipeline targets by region, segment, and channel, in collaboration with Sales.
• Own the marketing performance scorecard and lifecycle reporting across regions.
• Lead campaign operations, Martech stack, and data standards to support trusted reporting.
• Build and govern the AI agents and GenAI workflows used by marketers.
