Job summary

Dataiku is hiring a Senior Director of Marketing Operations & Analytics to own pipeline planning, attribution, and global marketing performance. You will lead a small team across the Americas, EMEA, and APJ, guiding investments and shaping AI-enabled marketing workflows.

You will design and govern agents and GenAI workflows, partner with Sales and Marketing to optimize campaigns, and drive data quality and governance across regions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading marketing ops, analytics or revenue ops in enterprise B2B software.
• Attribution model you shipped that Sales trusted and used.
• Account-based measurement built with Sales and target engagement.

Responsibilities

• Set and measure the marketing pipeline targets by region and channel.
• Build funnel models linking bookings/ARR to pipeline and engagement.
• Launch and own an account-based attribution model used in pipeline reviews.
• Own the marketing performance scorecard and ensure a single source of truth.
