• 10+ years in marketing operations/analytics or revenue operations at an enterprise B2B software company.
• 4+ years leading teams.
• Hands-on experience with attribution, account-based measurement, and AI agents or GenAI workflows in production.

Responsibilities

• Set and measure the pipeline number by building a funnel model from bookings and ARR to pipeline targets.
• Run the marketing engine by leading campaign operations in HubSpot and Salesforce with clear standards.
