SimplePractice, a leader in practice management software, seeks a Sr. Director of HR Business Partners to lead the HRBP function and partner directly with ELT members and leaders across the business.

This player-coach role will oversee a small HRBP team while driving org design, AI-enabled transformation, workforce planning, and talent reviews to build workforce depth aligned with strategic goals.

Formación

• 12+ years in HR with at least 5 years as a senior HRBP or HR leader supporting ELT-level executives in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
• Measurable outcomes from org design and change management at ELT-1 level.
• Experience partnering with leaders through AI-driven org transformation, including workforce redesign and change management.
• Ability to assess AI fluency as leadership capability and integrate into talent reviews.
• Experience leading or developing a team of HRBPs.
• Experience navigating matrixed, fast-moving environments.
• BA/BS in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field; equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve the HRBP model and define standards for partnerships.
• Shape AI-enabled org transformation and how it lands across business groups.
• Build multi-quarter workforce plans tied to business outcomes using data and analytics.
• Run rigorous talent reviews and succession planning with clear outcomes.
• Partner on compensation and performance cycles with Total Rewards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HRBP team.
