Job summary

Marathon Health LLC is seeking a Director, People Partner to lead and develop the People Partner function, aligning the people strategy with business goals and clinical operations. This role focuses on driving organizational effectiveness, strategic workforce planning, and the ethical use of AI within HR processes.

The Director collaborates with senior leaders, oversees a six-member team, and champions data-driven decisions using Workday analytics to improve leader and teammate experiences.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive human resources or People Partner experience.
• Healthcare experience in a complex healthcare organization.
• Hands-on Workday experience supporting HR processes, reporting, and improvements.
• Experience applying AI-enabled tools in HR or workforce operations, with data privacy in mind.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and HR operations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the People Partner strategy, priorities, KPIs, and success measures aligned with Marathon Health’s objectives.
• Lead, coach, and develop the 6-person People Partner team with clear expectations and ongoing growth opportunities.
• Advise senior Business People Leaders and ClinOps Sr Leaders on workforce strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Partner with leaders on workforce planning, org design, and change plans; translate findings into actionable actions.
• Strengthen leadership capability through coaching, tools, and scalable learning; ensure consistent people practices.
