Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an Executive Director – Technical Program Manager to lead a multi-workstream transformation in the Document Platform Engineering organization.

You will own strategy, governance, and budget while aligning senior stakeholders to deliver scalable platform solutions with AI/ML considerations. You will drive end-to-end execution across ingestion, ECM/storage, search, and orchestration, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and measurable business value in a complex financial

Qualifications

• 15+ years leading complex technology programs in large enterprises.
• Proven delivery across document management, content platforms, AI-enabled workflows.
• Strong architectural fluency across APIs, data flows, and resilience.
• Experience with AI/ML delivery, data strategy, MLOps, and value measurement.
• Executive presence with stakeholder influence and governance.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute program strategy and roadmaps for AI-enabled document platforms.
• Lead multi-workstream delivery across ingestion, ECM/storage, search, workflow/orchestration, and retention.
• Translate business needs into engineering requirements and manage dependencies.
• Drive AI/ML execution from use-case to deployment and value realization.
• Govern milestones, risks, KPIs/OKRs, and reporting.
• Own program financials including planning, forecasting, and vendor costs.
• Manage risks across delivery, security, and third-party controls.
• Influence senior stakeholders to drive alignment and decisions.
• Use feedback and production learnings to prioritize improvements.
