Job summary

TransMedics, Inc. seeks a Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, Digital Employee Experience and Operating Model to lead the Digital & IT operating model and enterprise solutions across Finance, HR, Legal and Real Estate. You will drive AI-enabled self-service and modern workplace strategies.

You will partner with HR and other leaders to align technology roadmaps, governance and security while delivering measurable business outcomes that improve employee experience and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Digital, Technology or Information Systems organizations.
• 8+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams, enterprise programs and business technology functions.
• 6+ years of experience leading and executing at the portfolio level.
• 5+ years of experience leading and executing operating model change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience in defining and executing technology strategies and business partnering with corporate business units.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, employee experience platforms and self-service capabilities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organization change management skills.
• Strong experience levering of AI through the building of skills

Responsibilities

• Digital Operating Model and Governance: Define, implement and continuously improve the Digital & IT operating model to support business growth, organizational scalability and operational excellence.
• Lead the maturing of our portfolio management and investment prioritization, ensuring we are creating the transparency and clarity in our delivery.
• Define and own how we will successfully enablement of AI at scale across our employee base with HR partnership.
• Ensure Digital & IT policies support business needs while satisfying security, compliance, regulatory and governance requirements.
• Corporate Solutions: Develop and maintain multi-year technology roadmaps aligned to corporate business objectives; own and optimize the technology portfolio.
• Digital Employee Experience: Define strategy and roadmap for enterprise Digital Employee Experience, driving self-service and AI-assisted improvements.
• Management Responsibilities: Build and maintain a high-performing team and manage partner relationships; develop talent strategies.
