Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in digital products and leadership.
• 12+ years leading cloud-native engineering teams.
• 10+ years building ML/AI-enabled digital applications.
• 10+ years building mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year product and capability roadmap for customer engagement, clinical operations, organ utilization, and the end-to-end clinical and customer journey.
• Own the lifecycle of commercial and clinical applications including architecture, delivery, adoption, reliability, usability, support, enhancement and retirement.
• Lead the development of ML/AI use cases embedded within your portfolio of solutions.
• Build and lead a high performing team and manage partner relationships to maximize value.
