• Strong background in R2R processes and enterprise ERP systems.
• Exceptional executive communication and ability to influence across functions.
• Experience driving AI-enabled finance transformations and intelligent workflows.

• Direct and oversee R2R initiatives across revenue and non-revenue functions.
• Act as sponsor for the finance technology stack, deploying ERP enhancements.
• Redesign end-to-end R2R cycles to improve efficiency and insight.
• Guide cross-functional teams through transitions and break down silos.
• Own accounting ERP system architecture, data integrity, and scalability.
• Partner with IT to manage ERP production issues and optimizations.
