Job summary

Enboarder is seeking a Senior Director within the Salesforce Controllership group to own finance system architecture, data flow, and the automation roadmap. You will lead R2R and ERP modernization, and collaborate across Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Operations to drive AI-driven processes.

This hybrid role is based in Indianapolis and requires 12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial systems, or finance transformation.
• Deep expertise in enterprise‑level ERP systems and accounting data architecture.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder influence across technical and non‑technical audiences.
• BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX audit framework.
• Ability to translate complex financial needs into scalable system solutions.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee comprehensive R2R initiatives across revenue and non-revenue functions.
• Sponsor the finance technology stack and deploy ERP enhancements, automation, and reporting.
• Redesign end-to-end R2R cycles to drive operational efficiency and shorten time-to-insight.
• Partner with IT to manage ERP issues and minimize disruption to accounting operations.
• Lead AI and automation roadmaps to modernize accounting workflows.
• Align stakeholders across Accounting, Finance, Engineering, and Operations.
• Drive global controllership alignment with GPOs and technology teams.
• Engage Tax, Treasury, Legal, and M&A to ensure regulatory alignment.
• Provide strategic decision support with clear narratives for leadership.
• Bridge Accounting with the Digital Enterprise Transformation team.
