• 10+ years in commercial analytics, sales operations, or strategy with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to advise senior executives and manage complex planning processes.
• Advanced proficiency with BI tools and CRM platforms; AI experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and strategy to shape US commercial franchise performance.
• Own KPI architecture, planning rhythms and scenario modeling with Finance and Sales.
• Design incentive compensation and territory/quota methodologies.
• Oversee pre/post investment reviews of programs, launches and headcount.
• Drive AI-enabled insights, data governance and cross-functional alignment.
