Smith+Nebrew is seeking a Senior Director for Commercial Analytics & Strategy in Fort Worth, TX, to lead analytics, forecasting, and incentive design that directly informs field execution and leadership decisions.

You will build a high-performing team, establish data governance, and drive AI-enabled insights across Sales, Marketing and Finance to improve speed and accuracy of commercial decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance or a quantitative field.
• MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in commercial analytics, sales ops, strategy or consulting.
• 5+ years leading teams of managers/analysts.
• Strong finance, ROI, pricing, forecasting and investments knowledge.
• Executive presence and ability to simplify complex analyses.
• Proficiency with BI tools (Tableau/Power BI) and CRM (Salesforce).
• SQL and Python or R; AI/ Generative AI experience a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Advise senior leaders as strategic analytics partner.
• Own KPI architecture and operating rhythm.
• Lead annual planning, forecasting and target setting with Finance/Sales.
• Design incentive compensation strategy and payout analysis.
• Lead sales force sizing, territory alignment and quotas.
• Evaluate commercial investments with pre/post reviews.
• Translate strategy into field priorities across accounts and pipeline.
• Set roadmap for advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.
