Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, data science, or business intelligence within biopharma or life sciences.
• Experience deploying AI and advanced analytics tools in a commercial or BI context (LLMs, NLP, predictive modeling).
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and govern AI-enabled analytics capabilities within BI&A.
• Define AI product roadmap for BI&A with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop AI solutions embedded in BI&A workflows (forecasting, CI, PMR, performance analytics).
• Establish AI governance frameworks, data quality standards, and responsible use guidelines.
• Translate commercial data into AI-augmented insights to accelerate decision-making.
