Lilly in Indianapolis seeks a forecasting professional to lead external opportunities assessment across therapeutic areas and modalities. You will develop revenue and market forecasts, manage stage-gate processes, and ensure transparent, source-backed inputs for governance and diligence.

The role emphasizes learning agility, data-driven decision making, and responsible use of AI tools, with ownership of material inputs and collaboration across BD, PRA, and finance teams.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pharma or biotech analytics or forecasting.
• Experience forecasting or valuing assets, deals, or commercial impact.
• Ability to build quantitative models and communicate results clearly.
• Familiarity with AI/ML tooling and cross-functional teamwork.
