Immatics-US is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Forecasting & AI to lead demand, revenue, and patient-flow forecasting across the portfolio while serving as the in-house AI expert for the Commercial team. Remote in the U.S.

the role combines analytics leadership with practical AI implementation in a regulated life sciences setting. The ideal candidate has 15+ years in life sciences and a proven track record in oncology forecasting and AI-enabled commercial solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in life sciences.
• 15+ years in life sciences consultancy, biotech, pharma or related.
• 7 years in forecasting, commercial analytics or market insights.
• Experience building patient-based and epidemiology-driven forecast models.
• Hands-on AI in regulated life sciences with LLM platforms and prompt engineering.
• Knowledge of PHI/HIPAA, GDPR, promotional review and data licensing terms.
• Advanced Excel modeling; Python, SQL and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
• Experience forecasting autologous CAR-T, TCR-T or engineered cell therapies.
• Global forecasting exposure and market access/pricing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop Commercial AI roadmap across the full organization.
• Build AI-powered systems to automate analytics workflows end-to-end.
• Evaluate platforms, run pilots, and advise build-vs-buy decisions.
• Travel 10-15%.
