Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Manager of Analytical AI Forecasting and Predictive Solutions to develop and deploy advanced forecasting models for Commercial Demand. You will collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics to translate business questions into actionable insights and ensure model accuracy and reliability.

Qualifications

BA/BS in quantitative field; MBA or graduate degree preferred.
Proficiency in Python/R, SQL, Tableau, and data visualization.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS/Azure).
2–3 years of hands-on analytics in forecasting.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain forecasting models using statistical and ML techniques.
Translate business questions into analytical solutions for forecasting.
Communicate results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with Finance, Commercial, Market Access, and Analytics teams.
Monitor model performance and drive continuous improvements.
