Job summary

Immatics US, Inc. in the United States seeks a Senior Director to own demand, revenue and patient-flow forecasting across its oncology portfolio, while also serving as the Commercial AI expert to scale AI capabilities for a lean commercial team.

Reporting to the VP Commercial Analytics & Operations, this remote role combines strategic forecasting leadership with hands-on AI deployment, leveraging LLMs, Power BI, Python and SQL to deliver decision-ready insights and support launch-readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 15+ years in life sciences consultancy, biotech, pharma or related.
• Experience building patient-based and epidemiology-driven forecast models.
• Hands-on AI experience in regulated life sciences with LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop Commercial AI roadmap across Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs and Field Operations.
• Design and own AI-powered systems to automate analytics workflows end to end.
• Evaluate AI platforms and vendors; run pilots with defined success criteria.
