Job summary

Immatics is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Forecasting & AI to lead forecasting across the oncology portfolio and drive AI-enabled improvements in demand, revenue, and patient flow.

You will build models from early pipeline through post-launch and partner with cross-functional teams to implement AI-driven analytics in regulated environments, while overseeing vendor evaluations and platform selection.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in life sciences with forecasting, commercial analytics, or market insights.
• Experience building patient-based models, especially oncology, cell/gene therapies, or rare diseases.
• Strong knowledge of pharma/biotech data sources; hands-on AI in regulated environments.
• Proficiency in Excel, Python, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Develop forecasting models from early pipeline to post-launch.
• Partner with Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs cross-functionally.
• Design AI-driven systems for automated data ingestion and analytics.
• Evaluate AI vendors and platforms.
