Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Director, PM - AI Agent Systems to lead strategy and execution for agent-based automation at scale. You will work directly with enterprise customers, partner with engineering teams, and shape the product roadmap across learning, execution, governance, and self-service.

You will define credible success criteria, tradeoffs, and market-facing plans, ensuring a balance between new customer wins and scalable capabilities for future deployments.

Qualifications

• Experience taking an enterprise software product from ambiguity into production adoption.
• Hands-on experience bringing AI-powered products to users.
• Ability to engage deeply with engineers on agent behavior and APIs.
• Ability to move between business objectives and day-to-day workflows to inform product decisions.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside enterprise customers to understand processes, identify automation opportunities, and define success metrics.
• Partner with engineers to take workflows from exploration to production adoption.
• Distinguish customer-specific requirements from recurring needs for core product investment.
• Establish measures of customer value, including time saved, cost, reliability, and maintenance.
