Job summary

CVS Health in Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA seeks a senior Agile Delivery leader to drive enterprise programs, establish scrum team structures, and coach through change. You will own delivery of cross-functional technology initiatives, manage a $35M–$50M budget, and lead 10–12 Agile Practice Leads to maximize value across Medicare and strategic initiatives.

You will collaborate with Product Owners, Tech Leads and executives to accelerate time-to-market, improve metrics, and shape governance.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of professional experience, including 3–5 years in people management roles with 5+ direct reports.
• Experience managing budgets of $30M+ and strong execution, planning, risk mitigation and stakeholder engagement.
• Proven experience implementing Agile practices in complex, cross‑functional environments.
• Familiarity with SAFe and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise delivery of multiple, highly complex technology initiatives aligned to government lines of business.
• Partner with Engineering and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes per the product roadmap.
• Drive Agile adoption across the organization and communicate value to executive stakeholders.
• Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M–$50M and a team of 10–12 scrum masters and/or program managers.
• Develop and execute change management plans to support Agile transformation.
