Location options include Hartford, CT or Pittsburgh, PA with a hybrid or remote work preference. The candidate should bring 10–15+ years of delivery experience and strong people management skills.

Qualifications

10–15+ years of professional experience with 3–5 years in people management.
Experience managing budgets of $30M+.
Proven ability to implement Agile practices in complex environments; SAFe familiarity.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise delivery of complex tech initiatives across government lines of business.
Collaborate with Eng and Product teams to deliver value-based outcomes.
Drive Agile adoption and communicate value to executives.
Manage annual portfolio budgets of $35M-$50M and 10–12 staff.
Define metrics and reporting standards for Agile performance.
Develop change management plans for Agile transformation.
Mentor and develop Agile Practice Leads and program managers.
Ensure governance and compliance with policies and regulations.
