Job summary

Vibrant Emotional Health is seeking a Senior Director of Agile Delivery in the United States to scale agile practices across the Tech division. You will connect product, engineering, and data pods, driving cadence, clarity, and continuous improvement.

You will establish delivery infrastructure, governance, and coaching programs, while partnering with CTO office and senior leaders to translate metrics into executive-ready narratives.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in CS/Business and related field.
• 8+ years in agile delivery; 5+ years in leadership or coaching.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe SPC preferred.
• Experience in nonprofit, public sector, health tech, or crisis services favored.

Responsibilities

• Design a Tech-wide agile operating model across Engineering, Product and Data.
• Scale methodologies to align goals with execution and cadence.
• Adapt Scrum/Kanban/SAFe to grant-funded environments and reports.
• Track delivery velocity and unblock impediments across pods.
• Own cross-pod dependency management and release planning.
• Build delivery dashboards and KPI frameworks for leadership.
• Coach and mentor scrum masters, product owners, and leads.
