HP is seeking a Senior Director for Agentic AI Development to lead the engineering org transforming AI concepts into scalable, production-ready solutions across PCs, edge devices, and services. You will oversee roadmap execution, cross-functional development, quality and release management, and risk mitigation to deliver AI experiences at scale.

This role spans device integration, OS services, and hardware platforms, with focus on experimentation, deployment, and leadership across sites in

Qualifications

• Typically 15+ years in software, systems, or AI engineering with 7+ years in leadership.
• Delivery of shipped AI-enabled PCs or embedded products with device integration.
• Experience with agentic or generative AI applications and evaluation.
• Experience integrating native applications with OS and device interfaces.
• Ability to balance latency, memory, power and privacy with delivery quality.

Responsabilités

• Feature delivery: translate priorities into engineering plans and lead squads.
• Agentic engineering: design context-aware workflows and inference strategies.
• PC integration: align with APIs, OS services, hardware capabilities and updates.
• Experience validation: establish tests and measure latency, memory, security.
• Release accountability: manage readiness, rollout, rollback, field issues.
• Agile execution: work with PO on shared backlog and sprint goals.
• Organization leadership: hire and grow managers across sites.
