Qualifications

• 5+ years of multi-site leadership in education.
• BA in education or related field preferred.
• Ability to coach leaders and supervise Regional Managers.
• Strong communication and confidentiality expectations.
• Willingness to travel within Southern California for site visits.
• Live Scan background check and Covid-19 vaccination required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Regional Managers and Site Coordinators across sites.
• Ensure ADA targets are met and design plans to improve enrollment.
• Identify and develop emerging leaders.
• Build relationships with school and district administrators for continuity.
• Identify and streamline inefficient systems for operations and scalability.
• Lead long-term strategic planning for expansion opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities via community networking and client relations.
• Develop virtual/community partnerships for enrichment across sites.
• Manage site budgets with Regional Managers and Site Coordinators.
• Oversee staff training and development throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with district and grant requirements; maintain records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports.
• Provide training and development during onboarding and ongoing staff meetings.
• Additional duties as assigned.
