Job summary

Arc After School & Experiential Education in California seeks a Regional Manager to lead after-school and enrichment programs across partner sites. This full-time exempt role works with site leadership, school admins, and students to ensure program quality, safety, and compliance while guiding budgets and attendance goals.

You will visit sites monthly, coordinate events with district staff, supervise staff and volunteers, and provide coaching and performance feedback.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in after school programming operations and administration.
• Knowledge of California educational grants/compliance/reporting.
• BA/BS in Education or relevant subject preferred.
• Experience with ethnically and culturally diverse communities.
• TB Live Scan & background check clearance required.
• Bilingual Spanish a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure success of all after school and enrichment programs at partner sites.
• Manage day-to-day operations for after school program sites where you are assigned.
• Visit each site at least once monthly.
• Attend district-wide meetings and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for education and staff.
• Lead staff training and performance coaching.
