Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Nursing, Pharmacy, Finance, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• Eight+ years of progressively responsible leadership experience in healthcare delivery, managed care, health insurance, or related complex healthcare environment.
• Experience developing business cases, managing enterprise portfolios, and driving measurable financial and operational outcomes.
• Experience influencing executive leaders and collaborating with Finance, Actuarial, Clinical Operations, Health Informatics, Product, Tech, and Provider Networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end affordability portfolio from opportunity identification to value realization.
• Partner with senior leadership to define and execute the Cost Stewardship strategic roadmap across multiple levers.
• Drive performance management and risk mitigation with KPI tracking and governance.
• Develop standardized tools and continuous improvement practices for portfolio execution and governance.
• Provide direction and mentorship to teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
