Job summary

West Chester University Foundation seeks a Senior Director of Advancement Services to provide strategic leadership for advancement systems, data, reporting, and gift administration. You will shape long-range plans, oversee data governance, and ensure scalable processes for a major fundraising campaign.

Collaborating with Finance, Development, and campus partners, you will drive dashboards, KPIs, and data insights to support donor engagement and organizational growth across the foundation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of progressive experience in advancement services or nonprofit administration.
• Proven experience managing advancement systems, including CRMs (preferably Raiser's Edge).
• Ability to develop policies, train staff, and translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Advancement Services department and set strategic priorities.
• Develop long-range plans for systems, reporting, and analytics.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, and compliance with standards.
• Oversee gift processing and reporting; collaborate with Finance and Donor Relations.
• Lead prospect management and data-driven campaign planning.
• Develop dashboards and analytics for leadership decision-making.
