Job summary

Widener University in Chester, PA, seeks an experienced Advancement CRM Administrator to lead the governance, administration, and ongoing evolution of the Constituent Relationship Management system supporting fundraising, alumni engagement, and donor stewardship.

The role partners with Advancement staff, University IT, and external vendors to optimize workflows, ensure data integrity and security, and enable data‑driven decision making across the advancement technology ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Three+ years of experience administering CRM or enterprise databases, preferably in higher education or nonprofit sectors.
• Experience managing constituent data, system configurations, reporting, and user support with data governance and record management.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem‑solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary administrator for the Advancement CRM and support ongoing enhancements.
• Collaborate with Advancement and IT leadership to implement the technology roadmap.
• Evaluate system enhancements, third‑party tools, and new features to improve operations.
• Oversee data imports/exports and automated processes ensuring data integrity across platforms.
