Job summary

Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. (CMB) is seeking a Senior Director, Activation Delivery in Boston or remote across the US.

The role partners with clients and internal teams to transform research and insights into clear strategies, compelling stories, and actionable business decisions. You will synthesize inputs across client intelligence, third-party data, and custom studies to deliver executive-ready narratives and experiences that align stakeholders and activate insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of experience in market research, insights consulting, strategy consulting, or related fields.
• Strong ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven track record in leading executive workshops, client presentations, and influencing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic activation engagements that translate insights into business strategies and executive narratives.
• Coach and enable teams to deliver activation work and strengthen thinking and storytelling.
• Partner with clients to define business challenges and shape consulting approaches.
• Synthesize insights from research into clear strategic recommendations and client-ready outputs.
• Develop executive-ready deliverables including presentations, workshops, and activation plans.
• Lead client presentations, executive discussions, and activation workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement through AI and new methodologies while maintaining high quality.
