Job summary

Chadwick Martin Bailey, Inc. (CMB), a Boston-based, employee-owned insights and strategy firm, is seeking a VP of Strategy Consulting.

You will lead a cross-disciplinary team delivering growth strategy, insights activation, and AI-enabled solutions to senior executives at global brands. You’ll expand executive relationships, shape scalable advisory offerings, and guide engagements from early conversations through implementation, reporting to the SVP Growth Strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in strategy and growth consulting for enterprise clients.
• Experience building consulting practices, solutions, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience integrating research, analytics, AI-enabled capabilities into strategy.
• Willingness to work in hybrid/remote settings in the US.
• Strong executive facilitation and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow CMB’s Strategy & Decision Enablement Practice.
• Advise executives on growth, customer, innovation and competitive decisions.
• Develop scalable advisory offerings and thought leadership.
• Represent CMB in executive discussions and events.
• Recruit and mentor diverse consulting talent.
