Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 7 years of experience in risk management, payments, project management, process management, operations, or a combination.
• At least 5 years of financial services experience.
• At least 5 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day ACH Operations processing across Fed hours.
• Lead simplification, automation, and modernization efforts for ACH processes.
• Partner with ACH initiation teams across Capital One lines of business.
• Manage incidents, risk events, audits, and exams in ACH rail.
