• 12+ years of leadership experience across large-scale client accounts, business units, or complex service organizations.
• Ability to develop, recommend, and implement complex strategies aligning workplace and operational objectives with broader goals.
• Strong expertise in financial oversight, budgeting, forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience driving transformation initiatives and delivering value across multiple service lines.

Responsabilités

• Act as strategic delegate for the Account Director, representing account leadership in executive discussions and governance forums.
• Drive execution of account priorities by aligning portfolio, operational, financial, and people strategies.
• Lead portfolio service functions and ensure seamless cross-service-line integration.
• Translate portfolio data into clear business cases and strategic narratives for client executives.
• Oversee governance, performance reviews, budgeting, and transformation initiatives.
