You’ll lead operations, mentor teams and partner with leadership to optimize resources and KPI performance. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in commercial real estate operations, MBA or higher, and strong analytics, budgeting, and executive

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years in commercial real estate with at least 5 years in a senior operational role
• Proven track record managing large, complex client accounts or programs
• Strong understanding of portfolio management and related processes
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive operational excellence
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits
