Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Director, Account Operations for the Public Institutions sector to oversee a large client account’s operations and drive growth. This role is onsite five days a week at the client's site in Salt Lake City, UT, requiring extensive experience in CRE, account management, and operations leadership.

You will collaborate with executive leadership to optimize resources, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with industry standards while mentoring teams and advancing service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, with at least 5 years in a senior operational role.
• Proven track record of managing large, complex client accounts or programs.
• Strong understanding of distributed portfolio management, its business processes and operational challenges.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Account Director to develop and implement operational strategies to support account growth and profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of a key client account and ensure service excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs and align with leadership for strategic improvements.
• Conduct risk assessments and mitigate account operation risks.
• Lead resource planning and allocation to meet client demands and timelines.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Mentor operational teams and drive continuous improvement.
