Responsibilities include supervising participants, guiding skill-building, and stepping in when the Program Manager is away.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; BA in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum two years of related work experience, or six months as a Bancroft Program Associate.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill-building to persons served in daily living, safety, and vocational activities.
• Supervises direct care staff and manages program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager.
