Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Leadership experience.
• 1+ years of direct sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed your team's sales goals while balancing leadership duties with personal sales.
• Supervise, train, and coach Residential Sales Executives (RSEs) to foster continuous improvement and accountability.
• Deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to sales leadership.
