Job summary

Pursuit Aerospace is seeking a Commodity Manager - Direct to lead sourcing strategy for direct material categories, including enterprise-wide RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract development.

The role drives cross-site spend consolidation and oversees supplier performance to support cost, quality, and continuity objectives. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement at U.S. locations with EST hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, supply chain or a related field.
• At least 7 years of progressive sourcing and purchasing experience.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without sponsorship now or in the future; ITAR/EAR work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Support category strategy development and lead direct materials sourcing events.
• Manage supplier communications, pricing negotiations, and multi-site escalations.
• Maintain direct supplier lists and monitor adherence to preferred/direct suppliers.
• Monitor market changes affecting material availability, cost, and risk.
• Support cross-functional escalations related to quality, delivery, or production continuity.
