Job summary

COMMUNITY OPPORTUNITY CENTER NON- PROFIT HOUSING CORPORATION in Michigan seeks an Assistant Administrator to support individuals in daily living, personal care, and community integration. The role covers duties of the home administrator in their absence and helps implement Person Centered Plans (PCP).

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring policy compliance, training new employees, and coordinating audits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong supervisory abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Experience in training staff is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises home staff in collaboration with the home administrator.
• Ensures adherence to COC policies and procedures in the home.
• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living skills.
• Assist in orientation and training of new staff.
• Assist in evaluating potential residents and maintaining documentation.
• Prepare for audits and reviews by governing agencies.
• Maintain resident files and conduct monthly program updates.
