Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking an Assistant Dining Services Supervisor to oversee all food service operations for residents, staff, and guests. You will assist in hiring, training, supervising, and evaluating dining staff, and ensure meals follow approved menus while respecting dietary needs.

You will maintain sanitation, monitor budgets, supervise prep and serving, and ensure compliance with health regulations. The role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Serv-Safe certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Experience in dining services management or leadership roles.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic calculations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all food service operations for residents, staff, and guests.
• Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate dining staff.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance with policies and health regulations.
• Maintain budgeted food/supply costs and monitor portion control.
• Prepare meals per approved menus and respect dietary needs.
• Lead team during meal service and supervise kitchen prep for each service.
