Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dining attendant to serve meals to residents and guests in a senior living environment. You will assist with tray service, beverage service, and dining room upkeep, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and confidentiality.

Requirements include reading and following simple instructions, effective communication, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with tray service.
• Provide beverage service and refill condiment items as needed.
• Assist with setting up, cleaning, and resetting dining room after meals.
• Interact with residents, guests, and staff in a polite, respectful manner.
• Follow confidentiality policies regarding resident information.
