Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Server to courteously serve meals to residents and guests, assist with tray service, and maintain dining room and kitchen areas. The role requires attentiveness to residents’ needs, teamwork, and strict adherence to hygiene and safety policies.

Responsibilities include beverage service, menu assistance, and participating in in-services. A flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required to support 24/7 senior living environments.

Qualifications

• Must be organized and willing to work well with other team members.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve meals to residents and guests in a courteous manner.
• Provide beverage service and assist with menu orders.
• Assist with tray service and food preparation tasks as needed.
• Maintain dining room and kitchen cleanliness; report broken equipment to supervisor.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings; follow confidentiality policies.
