Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Server to courteously serve residents and guests during meals. You will assist with menu orders, beverage service, and dining room cleanup while maintaining safety and hygiene standards.

The role requires the ability to read instructions, communicate effectively, and work well with others in a flexible schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under supervision.
• Must be able to bend, reach, grasp, push and pull objects.
• Must be able to stand and walk for sustained periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be organized and willing to work with others.
• Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests courteously and handle meal service tasks.
• Provide beverage service and assist with menu orders.
• Assist with tray service and dining room cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper storage around dining and kitchen areas.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings and follow confidentiality policies.
• Interact with residents, guests and coworkers in a polite, professional manner.
