Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dining room Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and to reset the dining area after service. You will assist residents with menu selections, provide beverages, and maintain clean dining and kitchen spaces.

The role requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends. Experience with sit-down service and food handling is valued; you will participate in staff meetings and

• Must be able to communicate effectively with residents, guests and staff.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Must be willing to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and reset dining room after service.
• Assist residents with menu orders and beverage service.
• Provide table service and knowledge of food storage and labeling.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum kitchen and dining areas.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings; follow confidentiality policies.
